Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

No worries my dear friend! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to make changes/modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details contact us immediately at [email protected].

If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes. Logistic company does not allow us to change or update addresses mid transit. We recommend contacting logistic company directly to see if they can possibly reroute your package once it arrives to the original destination.

Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact us:[email protected] and then contact your local logistics company office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package

Biu Beauty does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Customers are responsible for giving us the right address and checking their mailbox. It is possible that the carrier wasn’t able to deliver the package and left a note. If the customer then doesn’t take action or we received a wrong address, we sadly can’t give a refund.

We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Messages received on Friday are responded to the following Monday. Please note, we are closed for all major holidays and you may receive a delay in response during those times.

Cancellations & Returns?

If your order has not yet produced, a cancellation request is possible. Please contact us at [email protected]. If your order has already produced, unfortunately cancelling your order would not be an option.

Our return policy only extends to up to 45 days from the original purchase date. If your return is at 46 days or past, we unfortunately can no longer accept your product.

Items that are considered to be acceptable returns:

– Shipped items received that are not the color based on produced invoice

– Shipped items received that are the wrong quantity based on produced invoice

– Shipped items received that are the wrong length based on produced invoice.

– Items that are unopened, unused in original packaging.

Non-acceptable returns include:

– The customized and time-consuming items

– Opened packaging/product

– Used packaging/product

– Tampered packaging/product

-Hair product/chemicals (unless wrong item sent)

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Due to the customized and time-consuming items, we DO NOT accept any cancellations[Unless we haven’t ship it yet] or returns. Please be sure to order the right size as we won’t be held responsible if the wrong size are ordered.

*If there is any problems with your current order, please contact us within 24hrs of purchase. We will glad to assist you.

All sales are FINAL (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state). If so, please contact us and include an image of the damaged product.

Exchanges are primarily accepted for defective/damaged item or shipping error. Shipping error is defined as shipping out the WRONG product or WRONG quantity. If you would like to exchange for color or brand type, the above refund policy applies as far as standard of the product at the point of return. If this happens to be the case, please contact us [email protected].

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within fourteen (7) business days. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
